Australia Post: Trusted, Relevant, Reliable, and Sustainable

Australia Post is dedicated to meeting customers' needs with trusted, relevant, and reliable services. Lash Direct is proud to partner with Australia Post, who is taking significant steps to reduce their carbon footprint of their own operations, deliveries and to help business customers to reduce packaging waste, by offering a dual-use satchel,  starting 12 August 2024. This includes operating the largest electric delivery vehicle fleet in Australia and increasing their use of solar electricity.

Lash Direct strives to provide competitive and transparent shipping rates via Australia Post:

• Standard Shipping: $8 (Reduced rate)
• Express Shipping: $12 (Reduced rate for quicker delivery at a lower cost)

Please note, that additional costs may apply for shipments exceeding standard weight or dimensions. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Additionally, orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping as a token of our appreciation for your support.

• Standard and Express Delivery: Choose from a variety of delivery options, including standard and express services, to meet your specific shipping requirements.
• Door-to-Door Delivery: Door-to-door delivery, ensuring your parcels reach their destination with ease.
• Tracking and Insurance: Stay informed about the status of your shipments with Australia Post's tracking feature, and rest easy knowing that insurance options are available for added protection.
• Package weight considerations: For sending parcels 5kg and under within Australia, price is calculated on size and weight. If more than 5kg and over, or overseas, postage is based on the weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater) and the destination.

ESTIMATED AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIMES:

Express Post: 1-4 business days

Standard Post: 2-14 business days.

Please Note: Estimated delivery times can vary interstate. Also, country, rural, far country and remote areas can expect longer delivery times. Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. For more information visit Here. The national next-business-day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth from the CBD only) and some major centers. Express Post still offers the fastest possible service if posted outside the next business day network. Longer delivery times may apply to Australian external territories and Defence Force post offices operating outside Australia (subject to customs requirements and variable transport arrangements).

Order Processing Time:

Thank you for your order! We dedicate time to ensure your orders are prepared accurately and efficiently before shipment, therefore processing time varies based on order complexity and volume. Rest assured, if your order is received before 12pm AEST or 3pm Perth time, we aim to process it on the same day. We'll keep you updated every step of the way. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out over the following business day (Monday – Friday). Delivery to some rural areas may take longer.

Domestic Shipping Options and Timeframes:
Within Australia, we partner with Australia Post, offering various shipping methods. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date. While we strive to meet these, delays by carriers are beyond our control. For estimated delivery times, please refer to the shipping calculator during checkout.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs depend on your chosen method and destination. Costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Address Accuracy: Accurate shipping details are crucial for smooth delivery. Please ensure correctness during checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Restrictions:
Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel lockers or to certain remote areas.

Tracking and Notifications: Upon dispatch, you'll promptly receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your parcel's journey through the Australia Post.

Mailing Disclosure:
Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery shifts to you. While we take care in packaging, we're not liable for loss or damage during transit. For details on our refund policy, refer to our website.

Attempted Deliveries:

For Australia Post: If unavailable to sign or no secure location, parcels are securely held at a nearby Post Office for 10 business days, before it is returned to Lash Direct

Shipping Zones:
Lash Direct offers shipping across Australia. Please note that rates may vary, particularly for rural and remote areas. Additionally, certain remote locations may currently be ineligible for shipping, or may have different eligibility with alternative carriers.

International Shipping:
For international orders, ensure you have the necessary customs documentation. Obtain forms online through Shopify or at the post office, detailing package contents, value, and nature. 

Check your country's postal service for required forms. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Please note that our shipping is currently limited to Australia. However, we are working towards expanding to destinations such as America, Europe, New Zealand, and England in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
